Building a streaming brand from the very beginning.
I joined w.tv at the start of its journey. My initial focus was building the SMM team, developing content strategies and shaping the brand’s visual identity. My role grew to include creative production, media partnerships and special projects.
Social media & team building
I built the team, developed SMM and content strategies, and launched w.tv’s Telegram and Instagram channels. We produced content, engaged audiences and collaborated with YouTube and TikTok creators. The communities grew organically, without incentivized traffic.

Visual identity
Working with the design team, I created moodboards, gathered references, developed visual concepts and coordinated their execution. One of the main challenges was building the Instagram visual direction from scratch.

Media partnerships
I managed Telegram partnerships, including w.tv’s general sponsorship of FreakSquad and the collaboration with Twitch Family. My work covered branded content, integrations, engagement mechanics, partner coordination, budgets, estimates and payments.

What I brought together
During my time at w.tv, I built the SMM department from scratch, assembled a team, and established the processes behind the brand's social media presence.
Beyond social media, I worked with a wide range of external contractors, from motion designers and production studios to manufacturers. I also managed media partnerships, coordinating integrations, budgets, payments, and deliverables.
This experience allowed me to combine creative work with project management, taking ideas from initial concepts to real projects while bringing together teams, partners, and production processes.

Leading social media across regions, rosters and time zones.
I joined Virtus.pro as SMM Lead, managing both regional and global SMM teams across Canada, the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia. From the start, I worked on time-sensitive partner program goals, including EWC 2025 and BLAST.
Content at scale
Supporting 30 rosters across 28 different esports disciplines required continuous coordination. I managed regional and global SMM teams in Canada, the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia, coordinating content production for an international esports audience.

Video content
Video formats were a major part of the output. We adapted storylines and content for different audiences and promoted the resulting videos. More than 5,000 pieces of content were released during my time with the club.

Giving an eyewear brand a distinctive visual voice.
At LOOV, a regional eyewear retail network in Russia, I grew from Project Manager to Head of SMM. I worked with professional models, actors, production teams and photographers to create fashion-led content.

Project Management Experience
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Moscow RANEPA University. I have a portfolio of over 20 projects for small businesses and corporations. I have also worked on a large number of projects for the local HoReCa consulting company.
Next, I worked on a design project for the Rostelecom Corporation and then joined LOOV to help with the implementation of a pop-up store project.
Everyone started somewhere. These early projects no longer fully reflect my standards today, but they were an important part of my growth.
